Account deletion · Apple §5.1.1(v)

Delete your account.

Phase stores your data only on your iPhone. Deleting it is something you do — and you can always do it.

In one tap, in the app

Open Phase → tap the profile icon (top-right of the Today screen) → Sign out & reset. This wipes your check-ins, voice notes, Room messages, encryption key, premium flags, and onboarding state.

Step by step

  1. Open Phase on your iPhone.
  2. On the Today tab, tap the profile icon at the top-right.
  3. Scroll to Account.
  4. Tap Sign out & reset (red, destructive).
  5. Confirm.

For a full wipe — including the Keychain key — also delete the Phase app from your home screen.

If you signed in with Apple

Sign in with Apple gives Phase a stable, opaque identifier. We do not link this to your name or email unless you granted them. To sever the connection at Apple's level:

  1. iOS Settings → tap your name → Sign-In & SecuritySign in with Apple.
  2. Find Phase in the list.
  3. Tap Stop using Apple ID.

If you have an active subscription

Deleting the app does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel separately in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Phase Premium → Cancel.

I can't access the app — please delete my data for me.

Email jasperabundant@gmail.com from the email associated with your Apple ID. Note: because we do not store a copy of your data, the only thing we can verify on our side is whether you have an active subscription. The data itself is on your device, and only you can access or remove it.
